 Kai Fai and I met again when I visited Hong Kong during the 2008 Lunar New Year. This photo was taken by the bay in Sai Kung (with the "Leisure Garden of Hong Kong" fame). The heavy clothing was for keeping our body warm in the single-digit-temperature condition, the coldest spring in Hong Kong in 40 years.  At a restaurant in Sai Kung's Seafood Street  Verily, as the Chinese adage goes, having intimate friends overseas has made even the remotest corner on earth seem closer to home.
